Description:
HS510 series inverter is specialized for synchronous motor drive without encoder or other feedback components. It is based on advanced sensor-less permanent magnet synchronous motor control technology. With leading drive performance and functions in the industry, HS510 adopts unique current vector control algorithm, which can efficiently drive synchronous motor to achieve high-accuracy, high-torque and other high-performance control.
Solution description
1. HS510 solution for synchronous motor open-loop system includes high-torque & low speed & low power permanent magnet synchronous motor + HS510 synchronous motor drive.
2. Control Mode: torque / speed / position, or mixed control mode, e.g. In ceramic industry, torque & speed mixed control mode is popular.
3. Adopt 32 bit DSP from TI to ensure high performance vector control
4. Built-in PID function, for work under speed mode or torque mode with high precision
5. Complete communication, support standard RS485 and Can-bus
6. Various protection function: over-load, over-current, over-heat, phase-lack, etc.
Applications:
HS510 synchronous motor could be used in most applications without encoder.e.g., ceramic industry, petroleum machine, electronic machines, etc.
Applications on petroleum machine
We provide permanent magnet synchronous open-loop position solution (simple reciprocating motion) based on HS510 products. The solution adopts travel switch as position limits as well as position-reset switch (to eliminate the position accumulative error).

The old solution adopts asynchronous motor as well as inverter as control system. The new solution use HS510 + synchronous motor to replace the old one.
